About Dr. Olivia McMullen Fields

I’m a Doctor of East Asian Medicine, intuitive reader, and astrologer with over a decade of experience supporting people through complex health concerns, emotional challenges, and pivotal life moments.
My work integrates clinical training, intuitive insight, and whole-person care to help identify root causes and support meaningful, lasting change. I work across physical, emotional, and systemic layers, approaching each person as an interconnected whole rather than a collection of symptoms or stories.
People often come to me after trying other approaches and sensing that something essential was missing. My role is to help bring clarity to what’s happening beneath the surface and support realignment in a way that feels grounded, precise, and compassionate.
An Integrative, Attuned Approach
My work is integrative by design. I draw from Chinese medicine, intuitive perception, and relational attunement to understand why something is happening—not just what’s happening—and to address it at the level where change is actually possible.
Sessions are not protocol-driven or one-size-fits-all. They are responsive and collaborative, shaped by what’s most present in the moment. This allows the work to be both precise and adaptable, supporting change without force or overwhelm.
Whether we’re working with physical symptoms, emotional patterns, or life decisions, the aim is coherence—bringing disparate parts of your experience back into alignment so movement can occur naturally.
I’m a Doctor of East Asian Medicine with over a decade of experience working across clinical and integrative care settings.
I hold a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from Pacific College, a Master’s in Traditional Oriental Medicine (summa cum laude) from Emperor’s College, and a dual bachelor’s degree in Medical Anthropology and Art History from the University of Southern California. My training bridges traditional medicine, herbal pharmacology, and systems-based approaches to health—allowing me to work with the body as an intelligent, interconnected whole.
My clinical experience includes rotations at the Disney Family Cancer Center and Venice Family Clinic, as well as study with master herbalists and physicians in the U.S. and abroad. I’ve also completed extensive training in mind–body modalities including yoga, meditation, Reiki, and Acutonics® (sound-based work through acupuncture points), which I integrate when appropriate.
Alongside clinical practice, I’ve worked in consulting and facilitation roles within healthcare and leadership contexts. This broader systems perspective informs my one-on-one work, supporting clarity and coherence across physical, emotional, and inner dimensions of experience.
At the heart of my work is a simple orientation: meaningful change happens when the full intelligence of a system—body, mind, and inner life—is met with precision, care, and attunement.

What It's Like to Work Together
Attuned Presence
Deep Listening
Sessions are collaborative, grounded, and attentive. I listen closely—to what’s being said, what’s not, and what’s emerging beneath the surface—so we can understand what’s actually happening, not just what appears on the surface.
Precision & Care
Thoughtful Intervention
The work isn’t about fixing or forcing. It’s about identifying where support will genuinely help and intervening at the level where change is possible. Sessions are responsive rather than formulaic, guided by discernment rather than protocol.
Integration
Whole-Person Support
Physical symptoms, emotional patterns, thought loops, and relational dynamics are approached as parts of an interconnected system. The aim is coherence—bringing these layers back into alignment so movement can happen naturally.
Grounded Transformation
Clarity You Can Carry Forward
Clients often describe sessions as clarifying and steadying. Many leave feeling lighter, more oriented, and more connected to themselves, with a clearer sense of how to move forward in a way that feels sustainable and true.
A Good Fit
This work is well-suited for people who are thoughtful, curious, and willing to engage actively in their process. You don’t need to have everything figured out—but you do need to be open to listening, reflecting, and participating in meaningful change.
I work best with those who are ready to take responsibility for their lives and are interested in understanding what’s happening beneath the surface, rather than looking for quick fixes or external validation.
If you’re seeking clarity, relief, and grounded support through complexity—and are willing to engage with the process—this work is likely a good fit.
If you’re navigating something that feels unresolved, or standing at a point of transition, a single session is a meaningful place to begin.
You don’t need to know exactly what you need. We’ll start with what’s present and take it from there.
