Somatic Coaching
Structured support for integration, clarity, and meaningful forward movement.
Coaching offers a space to translate insight into lived change. This work is oriented toward application—helping you clarify what matters, strengthen internal coherence, and move through complexity with greater steadiness and choice.
Rather than focusing on momentary breakthroughs, coaching supports sustained development over time, meeting you where you are and working with the real conditions of your life.
What This Work Is For
People seek coaching when they are navigating growth, decision-making, or transition—and want support that is thoughtful, embodied, and grounded in reality. You may be clarifying direction, integrating insights from other forms of work, or finding yourself at a point where old strategies no longer fit.
This work is well suited to those who want:
-
greater clarity around priorities and values
-
support navigating complexity or change
-
help translating insight into consistent action
-
a steadier internal center from which to lead, choose, or create
Coaching is not about fixing what’s wrong. It’s about strengthening alignment between intention, capacity, and action.
How the Sessions Work
Coaching sessions are collaborative and adaptive, shaped by your goals and the contexts you’re navigating. Sessions may include reflective dialogue, somatic awareness, systems-based inquiry, and practical strategy—depending on what is most supportive in the moment.
The emphasis is on integration: noticing patterns as they arise, working with resistance or uncertainty, and developing the capacity to respond with greater presence and choice. Over time, this builds coherence—internally and externally—so decisions and actions feel more aligned and less effortful.
Coaching can stand alone or complement other forms of work, offering continuity and structure as insights are tested and embodied in daily life.
What Makes This Approach Distinct
This coaching approach is grounded in embodiment, discernment, and respect for complexity. Rather than relying on formulas or motivational pressure, the work attends to how change actually takes root—through nervous system regulation, clear perception, and sustainable pacing.
My coaching is informed by formal training and certification in somatics-based leadership and embodied development. I draw from methodologies that work directly with the nervous system, attention, posture, and felt sense—supporting change not just at the level of insight, but at the level of how patterns live in the body.
This allows leadership, clarity, and confidence to emerge organically, rather than being overlaid through willpower or performance strategies.
My background also includes extensive experience working with leadership, decision-making, and complex systems. Coaching sessions often engage questions of authority, responsibility, boundaries, and direction—helping clients lead and choose from a place that feels grounded, authentic, and internally aligned.
The aim is not performance for its own sake, but coherence—so action arises from clarity rather than force.
