Service Description
Somatic Coaching focuses on building the capacity to stay centered and responsive—especially in stressful, uncertain, or emotionally charged situations. We work directly with the body, attention, and language to shift habitual patterns that lead to reactivity, collapse, or disconnection. Rather than focusing on insight alone, somatic coaching develops embodied skills for presence, boundary-setting, decision-making and aligned action. Over time, this work cultivates a grounded presence that builds trust in yourself and naturally earns trust from others. Each session contributes to an ongoing process of training the body to hold clarity, commitment, and direction—so your actions, words, and presence align with the vision you’re moving toward. Somatic coaching is most effective as an ongoing practice rather than a single session, as each meeting builds on the last to strengthen nervous system capacity and coherence. This session is conducted virtually and may be booked online.
Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy All sessions are reserved specifically for you. To honor the time and care set aside for each appointment, the following policies apply: Cancellations • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are eligible for a 50% refund. • Missed appointments and same-day cancellations are not refundable. Late Arrivals • Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time, regardless of arrival time. • If you arrive late, the session length may be shortened to respect subsequent appointments. Thank you for honoring these boundaries, which allow the work to unfold with care, presence, and respect for all involved. By booking a session, you agree to these policies.
